Jason Adkins is a retired Chief Master Sergeant. He spent just short of 23 years in the United States Air Force. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Transportation and Logistics Management and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. Committed to self improvement, he also earned the following certifications: Certified Kaizen Facilitator, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Agile Professional, and Change Management Specialist. After retirement, he shifted his focus to Real Estate. Jason has quickly became a recognizable face in his field. He earned multiple awards such as Best in the Valley, Rookie of the Year, and Top 300 in Alaska. In 2025, he was elected to the Valley Board of Realtor’s Board of Directors position.

Jason’s pursuit to excellence did not stop there. He is the founder and owner of Ignite you Fire. Ignite your Fire is a motivational speaking platform to help inspire youth, service members, businesses, and the local community. He has studied under keynote speakers such as John Maxwell and Simon Sinek. Jason’s energy and individual style can light up any room.
